Return and exchange period:

  • The customer is allowed to return the product within only 3 days from the date of purchase .
  • The product can be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date .
  • If you give an appointment to the technician, you undertake to receive him at the specified time. If you fail to do so, the cost of the field visit or consultation will not be refunded and no other appointment will be scheduled.

General conditions for return or exchange:

  1. The product must be:
    • In its original condition at the time of purchase.
    • Not used or open.
    • With the original outer case (factory packaging intact and undamaged).
  2. The product must be sent with the full specifications and original accessories included.
  3. Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been used, damaged, or any part of it is missing.

Order cancellation by customer:

If the customer cancels the order after it has been executed , the customer shall bear a compensation fee that varies according to the payment method used as follows:

Note: If the cancellation is from the store and not from the customer, no financial fees will be deducted from the customer.

Shipping costs:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs in the following cases:
    • substitution
    • retrieval
    • Application not received
  • If the order includes free shipping , the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • Credit cards: take 7 to 14 business days depending on the bank.
    • Bank transfer: to the bank account in the name of the customer registered with the store.

Products excluded from exchange and return:

Products cannot be exchanged or returned in the following cases:

  2. The presence of a malfunction or defect resulting from misuse, such as:

  3. Any product whose specifications have been altered or which has been damaged after delivery.
