First visit after the sale: Free

  • Free installation visit.
  • We ensure quality implementation and together we begin the journey to perfect operation.

One free follow-up visit

  • Within the first 7 days of installation.
  • Through it, we aim to:
  • Ensure quality performance.
  • Answering your questions.
  • Address any feedback immediately.


Subsequent visits: fixed fee

  • Any visit after the free visit will be charged:
  • For example: 200 riyals per visit (may vary depending on the service or location).
  • The visit will be scheduled within two business days of your request.
  • Fees do not include :
  • Spare parts.
  • Additional services (such as modifications not covered by the contract).


⚠️ Important Notes - To ensure an effective technical support experience

We encounter some situations frequently, and we would like to clarify them to ensure transparency and mutual respect:

1. The warranty does not cover misuse or third party interference.

  • If the fault results from:
  • Installation or modification by an unlicensed plumber, electrician, or other person .
  • Tampering, misuse, or customer interference.
  • The damaged service or part is not covered by the warranty .
  • Example: If a plumber breaks the wiring in our system, the repair is the customer's responsibility.


2. Warranty does not mean free repeat visits.

  • The warranty includes repairing any defect caused by a manufacturing defect or sudden breakdown .
  • Does not include :
  • Repeat visit requests for the same issue after it has been addressed.
  • Immediate visits outside the schedule without arrangement.


3. Communicate only through official channels.

  • To ensure work organization and rapid response:
  • Please do not contact technicians directly or send them without coordination.
  • Requests sent via personal messages or private numbers will not be considered.

4. Dates are determined according to the technical schedule.

  • We respect your time, and we hope you respect our team's time.
  • During peak times or seasons , visits are scheduled according to:

  • Immediate requests are considered depending on the circumstances, but immediate execution cannot be guaranteed .
